From first meeting to first session

TRAINING
Set up appointments to meet in person if located in Orlando, FL OR online training via app and email.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
Based off your goals, you may be required to conduct a physical assessment.

PURCHASE
Purchase training package according to preference: in person training located in Orlando, FL or online training available anywhere.

CONSULTATION
Answer questions regarding your current lifestyle and desired goals and ask any questions you may have via phone call. (Or in person Orlando, FL)
